Q. Can I buy a cheaper spectator ticket if I don’t want to use the rides?
A. Unfortunately not, we don’t offer a spectators pass
Q. Can I bring food into the park?
A. For health and safety reasons – unfortunately, food hampers, braais and cooler boxes are not allowed into the park, however fruit and a 500ml water is allowed inside, but no ice.
Q. Can I purchase food within the park?
A. Yes, we have number of fast food restaurants for you to choose from within the park.
Q. Can I leave the park and return the same day?
A. You are welcome to leave the park and re-enter, provided you keep your wristband intact as it is your pass-out.That way you can enjoy all Village Walk food & activities and still make the most of your park visit.
Q. What is the difference between a day ticket and a season pass?
a season/Platinum Pass is a single membership which provides entry into Sea World and Wet ‘n Wild during normal advertised operating hours.
Q. Am I able to upgrade my single day ticket to a season pass/Platinum Pass?

Q. Do you have any party packages?
A. Yes! We have 3 birthday party packages to choose from. View them here
Q. Can I visit the aquarium at night?
A. No. The After Dark offer is no longer available.
Q. When I buy a Sea World ticket do I only get to visit the aquarium?
A. A ticket to Sea World allows you entrance to the dolphin & seal shows, penguin presentations and also allows you to view the shark dives, ray feeds & the aquarium.

Q. Do I need to know how to swim to do the Shark Dive and Ocean Walker?
A. You don’t need to know how to swim to do the Shark Dive and Ocean Walker, it’s as easy as 1,2,3!
Q. Can I bring my own Camera?
A. You are more than welcome to bring your own camera.
Q. What age am I allowed to Meet a Dolphin?
A. Meet a Dolphin participants need to be 8 years or older.
Q. If I bring my own diving equipment will I get a discounted rate?
A. No, we don’t offer discounted rates and as a safety precaution you are required to use our equipment.
Q. Can I do the Ocean Walker & Shark Cage Dive if I am pregnant?

Q. Can I pay for entry with my debit card?
A. Debit and credit cards are allowed for payment but only some debit cards work for online purchases if you have this option enabled with your bank.
Q. Do you know when load shedding will take place?
A. We are block 13, please visit the Eskom website to check the load shedding schedule.
Q. What can you do at uShaka during load shedding?
A. The following parks will still be open even if there is load shedding: uShaka Village Walk, uShaka Sea World, uShaka Kids World, Sea Animal Encounters Island and Dangerous Creatures.
Q. How much does parking cost?
A. Parking A has an hourly rate & the first 30 minutes is free.
Parking B has a daily rate and must be paid for before entering.
