Find The Bunny Competition 2026 - Terms and Conditions

Participation in this uShaka events is entirely at your own risk. The organizers and venue accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, death, loss or damage of any nature to persons, vehicles or belongings, even in case of negligence. Due care has been taken in making sure that events are safe and secure. All details relating to uShaka events are subject to change without notice. Right of admission reserved.

DINE, DISCOVER, PLAY AND SHOP COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition is organised by uShaka Marine World and is open to everyone residing in the Republic of South Africa, except employees and their immediate family members (including, but not limited to, spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters) of uShaka Marine World, Village Walk Tenants and members of the company who are part of the promotion/competition.
People who may not enter the competition a. Directors, partners, employees, agents, consultants, service providers, promoters,
b. Suppliers and Tenants of uShaka Village Walk Mall or a family member, business partner or associate of any such persons.
By entering this competition, all participants and prize winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the competition.
The competition runs from 15 March to 16 June 2021
To enter, guests must participate in 1 of each of the Dine / Discover / Play / Shop activities during the promotional period of the competition.
It is valid for all participating outlets within the Park and uShaka Village Walk.
Any participating outlet may at any time withdraw from participating in this competition, with uShaka Marine World’s approval.
Upload a photo of you participating in the activity and either take a photo of the till slip, or keep it as proof of date of purchase.
Only 1 one activity per each section Dine / Discover / Play / Shop may be submitted, to qualify your entry.
Guests may enter each month, but entries must fall into a calendar month and may not roll over. So
all activities must be completed from 15 March / April / May/ to 16 June 2021. To qualify entry.
In order to enter the competition, you have to legibly complete the entry process as well as provide us with your correct contact details.

Only original pay point receipts from uShaka Marine World participating outlets dated between 15 March to 16 June 2021, before 11pm will be valid in order to enter into the competition.
The winner’s prize must be collected from uShaka Marine World Reception between 8am and 5pm weekdays, and all prizes must be redeemed before the expiry dates. No extensions will be allowed and Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
Entries will be drawn at random on the dates selected above, and winners will be notified.
uShaka Marine World will endeavour to contact the winner/s on the telephone number / social media platform provided. If, however they cannot be reached after 6 attempts have been made during business hours within a period of one week for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
To claim the voucher book prize, proof of purchase must be presented. As in either the till slip or a photograph of the till slip needs to be handed in.
The winner may be requested to allow his/her name and photograph to be used for publicity purposes. uShaka’s Digital Agency reserves the right to request that images taken of the winner or staff be used for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner, which request the winner may decline in writing.
The participants of this competition and winners may be required to appear on digital channels, in print publications or online sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods or services at uShaka Marine World. However, participants / winners of the competition shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request.
uShaka Marine World reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is in breach of these terms and conditions. Failure by uShaka Marine World to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
By entering this competition, you authorize uShaka Marine World to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to and accept the full Terms and Conditions.
uShaka Marine World shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against uShaka Marine World, its agents and staff.
All risk and liability pertaining to any prize will be passed to the winner on signing over and receipt thereof. By signing receipt of prizes at uShaka reception, winners indemnify the Landlord and its agents against any claim that may arise as a result of the competition and/or prize awarded to any winner.

Winners will be expected to book or redeem their prizes as per the Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
If the prize is sponsored by a tenant in the uShaka Village Walk Beach Mall, the tenant is then solely responsible for that prize, and the winner needs to contact that store directly to book, collect or redeem their prize.
If the winners voucher book is stolen or misplaced, it will not be re-issued and vouchers will not be reprinted.

The vouchers contained in the booklet are not to be used in conjunction with another promotion.
The vouchers in this booklet are not transferable or refundable.
The vouchers contained in this booklet cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please read the fine print on the individual vouchers carefully before redeeming.
PLEASE NOTE: The vouchers in the booklet are valid until 30 September 2021.
PLEASE NOTE: uShaka Marine World cannot compensate for a voucher contained in this booklet on behalf of any retailer that may have left uShaka Village Walk before 30 September 2021 or for any other reason.
To redeem this voucher please contact the Store directly.
Some vouchers may have certain days blocked out, please read each voucher Terms and conditions carefully.
