Our culinary team will impress your date with welcome drinks on arrival and an entrée comprising a poached prawn and salmon. Take a short break before tackling the second course which consists of a duck and chicken roulade and enjoy a tangy minted lemon sorbet thereafter to cleanse your palate before you move onto the mains which is a Duo of lamb – seared lamb rump, roasted loin cutlet, parsnip, vanilla puree, portabellini mushrooms, mint pesto, fresh herb crumb, beetroot crisps and lamb jus. Share a decadent Cupid’s sweet platter which includes a chocolate volcano, raspberry pannacotta, toffee almond crumb, caramel coconut mouse, poached strawberry ice cream and friandise.

A vegetarian option is also available. An entrée of mouthwatering mushroom ravioli followed by a delightful brinjal roulade. Tickle your taste buds with a refreshing minted lemon sorbet before moving on to the mains which is potato gnocchi – artichoke puree, basil pesto, cannellini beans, and sauce napolitan. End this unforgettable romantic experience with Cupid’s sweet platter. This set menu is R750 per person. 

Share your love with our final Valentine's menu option, a Cupid's seafood platter for two, filled with the taste of the ocean, consisting of crayfish, calamari, linefish, kingklip, prawn and mussels, served with rice, chips and sauces.  This platter also includes a sweet platter for two.

uShaka is Lit After Dark and as an exclusive added bonus for those who book a romantic Valentine’s celebration dinner at the Cargo Hold is an opportunity to explore the aquarium after hours to experience life under the sea in a new light! (Valentines night only)
